This patch ended up being larger than expected but here is whats new.
Added patch note pages to look at older patches.
Added 5 new spells.
Added 5 new staves.
Added 5 new consumables.
Added 2 dungeon mods.
Added 1 new enemy.
Next patch 1.4 will focus on music, sound effects and art.
